First hand data collection plan
About my first hand data collection plan, I intend to design questions and ask the professors who expressed opinions of high speed rail on Common Wealth Magazine about his views and also the teacher who teaches Economic in International Trade & Finance Dept.I may have an interview with the teacher in FJU, but I am not sure if I can interview the professors outside campus since I only have the e-mail and I don't think they have free time to give me. No matter what, I will still write e-mail to them and post my questions to them. It would also be fine if they only write me back.

I think you can also ask people who have taken High speed railway.
