A Third Thought

After the first outline of "A Hope But Also Hurt of High Speed Rail Road in Taiwan", I actually changed my topic in to discuss the corporal punishment in Taiwan and already had the first outline and did the article review on CP.

However, last Tuesday(9 Jan.) night, at the moment I started to revise my second outline on CP, I had a new thought suddenly which, again, was related to my first topic.

Since I found that it is in fact not really meaningful to argue whether the high speed railroad should be constructed or not, I think I can discuss the economic benefits it brings. And then, I started to work on it. And I hope I can really do this research well.
